I know you get achievements for having certain collections in there, but should i add any pieces of clothing that i don't actually plan on wearing to it? Do you get an achievement for like, completing your wardrobe or something? And if so, where can i see the amount of clothing i currently have out of the total?

Thanks ^^

Look under the Personal tab to find a link to your achievement page - off to the left side there will be a list of different catagories, one of which is wardrobe. If you click on that, it should show you just about all the achievements related to your wardrobe. :)

So yes, there are definitely achievements for have x amount of clothing in your wardrobe or even having so many items in y layer, but I know I personally just like having a ridiculous amount of clothing in my wardrobe so I can have fun with my HA without having to go out and buy the items for a particular outfit every time.

Go to Personal/Achievements/Wardrobe to see the wardrobe related ones.

If you're going after the Filled Wardrobe achievements you have to add stuff you'll never wear.

Edit: Dannica posted at the same time as me.

i believe the current goal is over 13k wardrobe items, plus you get prizes for reaching x amount (including a mysterious costum trunk that it's retired but i believe gives you 500csc)

plus, (what i'm planning to do) after getting all the wardrobe achievements, you can always sell those items you don't want and get a pretty nice profit ;)

A plus that comes along with being a wardrobe addict collector is that you never really know what you will use. I know for a fact I have used random items that I said "well, I'll never use that" to... But when you get 'down and dirty' with layering, you just never know.

If you're pretty sure you're only going to wear certain items out of the whole heap of clothing that you are collecting, you can create Drawers in the Wardrobe section of the Wardrobe (yeah, confusing isn't it?). This will save you some time, and will always make sure your favorites are findable.
