I'm not sure if this is just me or everyone, but when I hover over a wearable, it's not showing up, just the info with no item preview. Is this just mine, or everyone?

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to show up, but they do seem to work for me.

Oh I know that. But they're not showing up at all regardless of how long I wait.
