Is there any way to change our username without buying credits? Apparently we cannot delete the account and make a new one but I do not have any cash shop things. Is there any way it would be possible for me to change my user name?

Also, why is this site so strict on multiple accounts and not changing names? I have been here not very long but have seen warnings about not making multiple accounts all over the place, is there any particular reason why?

No, you have to buy CSC in order to change your username. You can purchase CSC out of user shops with sP though if you'd rather not pay real cash. Also I believe you aren't allowed to have multiple accounts due to the possible abuse of this feature. I'm sure someone could explain that part a lot better than I, though.

For questions regarding specific rules, it's usually more streamlined to just file a ticket and ask the staff directly.

You don't have to buy credits with real cash. You can save up sP and buy credits from another user with it, or wait two years for a Loyalty Box and use the ISS totem to change your UN.

because you can't technically delete your account, you can only freeze it. it still exists until the staff clears it, which happens ~12 months after it has been inactive (unless this was extended). there's no reason to delete your account when you can just obtain an item that changes your username.

because there's no reason that you would ever really need more than one account, on neopets people really only make sides in order to cheat or hold pets, and on subeta you can essentially have up to 22 pets. the staff doesn't feel like we need any other accounts
