i was never a fan of suicide silence (just not my type of music, i never had anything against the band members tho) but when i found out today i was actually pretty upset. one of my closest friends is a massive fan and mitch lucker is one of her favourite men in the music industry, she met him once and said how he was such a nice guy. she is, of course, distraught. i dont even want to think about how im going to react when the frontman, hell any member, of my favourite band passes away. the fact that he had a young daughter just makes it all the more worse really. my deepest sympathies go out towards his family, his friends, his band mates, and of course, his fans.

I personally ADORED SS, and even then - I understand that some people don't. But! It's bullshit when non-fans make asses of themselves and say, "Oh, it's not a big deal, BLAH BLAH!" and just blow of the situation completely. Don't be rude, show your respect despite what you like and don't like. It's another HUMAN BEING, not some garbage. So stop.

yeh dont get me wrong i dont care if people like them or not haha. they're just not my kind of thing. but exactly, like i said im not even a fan but i still think it is incredibly sad. have you seen what some directioner has been saying about his death? its actually sickening.

Yes, one of the people I follow, she posted on One Direction's wall about Mitch's death & how their 'fans' were bashing him, the fanbase and even his family. It was fantastic the way she wrote it out. I hope 1D sees it. That would be great.

I'm going to be honest, I'd never before heard of this band, but my thoughts are with his family. That is tragic. :(

yeh i know most directioners are absolutely appalled by some of the things said. yeh it would be great if 1D did see that.
