Today I ordered this pretty prom dress. (:

It kind of looks like this, minus the sparkles and there's a rose on the sash.

But I have a little dilemma. I've never been that type of girl to wear accessories before. So that's where you guys come in. ;D

I need help choosing what type of accessories I should wear with my dress.

Little note: I really don't like pink and all that brightass shiz. xD

I wore a black bow tie and long black gloves with me grad dress xD I loved it and no one had the same accessories =) My gown was like this but it was emerald green.

I think some silver bracelets would look good.

I'm not all that great with accessories myself haha.

Maybe a simple necklace, or some thin bracelets. Have fun!

That dress is SUPER cute. Since there's no color besides black you could try adding a colorful necklace or wearing non-black shoes. Personally I really like how silver and black look together, so like said, maybe some silver bracelets or a short-chained silver necklace? Colorful shoes can also make a black dress stand out too if you do it right (:

cute dress! I would wear some simple silver bangles on your wrist and some dangly earring to match. I wouldnt wear a necklace just because without one i think theres more definition to your neck and shoulders with a strapless dress. I think you should wear some heels that are either open toed and black or not open toed and silver. I hope that helps :)

bright shoes for sure, along with some smaller jewelery, but dont get both bright shoes and bright jewelery xD just one or the other. the dress is beautiful, have fun!

First I wanna ask how you look, like, what's your hairstyle? Everything varies depending on how your hair is, so that information would help.

But what I do recommend is that you wear maybe a colour + black heels ( something like so? ). I would recommend something silver/black or nude/black or even something metallic/black. Then you should layer some bracelets on one arm that are similar in colour to your shoes like this. Of course, I'm basing these recommendations on the fact is you have hair like Taylor Swift does in this picture and if you also have Taylor Swift's eye makeup like she has in that picture.

Cute dress. I'd say wear some silver dangly earrings and a silver ring. Simple and chic. Black heels.

I'd say definitely don't go for anything other than black heels. That dress is way too adorably classy and black heels/stilettos would just perfect it.

As for accessories, I don't think you need that many really. If you get an updo done for prom, get some pretty sparkly things put in, and maybe wear a matching, understated necklace to match. As for the wrists, thin silver bangles.
