is an account that the site owns and uses to buy items that have fallen in price. The money doesn't go in your shop, but is put in your on-hand sP.

It means that instead of your till, the money the SubetaTeam spent in your shop was added directly to the sP count that appears under your name on the dashboard on the left.

The SubetaTeam account is used from time to time to by the staff to buy items from user shops that they feel are underpriced/deflated. They take them out of the system so that items that are supposed to be rarer retain their value.

No you didn't underprice things or do anything wrong at all, it's just that supply has exceeded the demand for some items and the value's dropped, in general. SubetaTeam went through and bought a bunch of stuff from my store, too, and I use the autopricer too.

We just happened to be on the cheaper end of the shop search, so we got bought from. n__n

I hand price my stuff, so I was strongly of the opinion that the things that SubetaTeam bought from my shop were overvalued by the autopricer and/or other players. Sometimes I guess wrong.

Typicallly SubetaTeam has a price range of things that they will buy from, not necessarily the lowest price. They sometimes have a limit of how many of the item they will buy, and sometimes on the total quantity of sP that they will ldrop on any one item or any one player. Since my shop is huge, it sometimes defeats the automated purchases on one or more of these criteria and all it does is make me a very nice profit without changing the price much at all.
