To be honest I'm clueless on how to offer help for your problem because I don't know anything about what you are using to help you.

I recently legally changed my name to Emily Linae ____. I've already picked out a new last name in case I get a divorce, too. If that happens then my name will be 100% picked out by me. It took me a long time to come up with it, but I love baby names so I would play with those all the time and eventually realized that since I love this name so much, why not use it for myself? I feel SO MUCH BETTER now that I have a name I feel comfortable being called. I always disliked the name my parents gave me. Every other person I knew with the same name was a jerk and it made me feel sooo uncomfortable. It never felt like me either. I tried changing my name for the first time in 7th grade. xD So it took 9-10 years, but I finally have a name I love. c: It's a huge difference when people are calling you a name you don't like versus a name you do like.
