Change what about it? If you want to remove an item, go to your wishlist, find the item, and click the little box next to delete. Select all that you want to remove, then click the bar that says 'update' at the bottom.

To add, either click the little plus sign that pops up when you hover over an item icon in your inventory or shop search, or copy/paste the item name into the text box under the "Add Item" box at the top of the page in each category.

To change/edit/remove categories, click on 'Your Categories' at the top of your Wishlist's main page.

Also, if you have an item that's on your WL in your inventory, you can click on it and there will be an option to 'Remove from Wishlist.' Clicking that will removing the item from your wishlist.
