So I can freshen up on what's illegal there and make sure I don't talk about it. :)
Subeta is based in the US. The best place to learn what you shouldn't talk about is in the rules, though. Just because something is illegal in the US doesn't necessarily mean you can't talk about it, and vice-versa. Most of the forum rules have nothing to do with legality.
I know it's located in the US, but what is legal in one state may be illegal in another. I was informed via ticket that I was warned for talking (in smail, mind you) about something that "is illegal in Subeta's base state".
Well it's home start up state was North Carolina, Raleigh if memory serves right. Idk if moved it when he moved to California though. Either way it's a coast side state ^^
FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.
Thanks! I'm going to assume it hasn't been moved to Cali though.
If you're talking about pot, it's still illegal on the federal level in the united states. Regardless of what states have done, it's illegal on a federal level which is what we're required to follow.

I'm sorry Keith but this is what I was told: "Hello, introvert, and thank you for writing in. According to our records, you were issued an Official Warning for illegal acts/activities after it was found that you were discussing and admitting to smoking marijuana, which is illegal in our base state of operations."
And the rule is: "Illegal Content Do not post, transmit, discuss, distribute, or otherwise promote content that is illegal. Debating the validity of legal issues is permitted in the Debate forums, however."
Good thing I wasn't distributing it XD But still, I was told "State of operations" so you should probably update your rules.
I'm italian, I really don't know anything about USA laws and it's a bit frightining that I could be warned for something like that =O I mean, distributing pot is illegal here but using it isn't so I could have talked about smoking it and get a warning.. couldn't you link us to some site where we can check what's legal and what isn't?What I mean is, could you put a link in the T&C page, if you don't want to list everything so we have a way to know what's allowed and what isn't , please ? ^^ (I honestly wouldn't know where to check)
