Brown High Belt. Can't find it in shops :|

It restocks in the Accessory Bin but it's pretty new still, so it doesn't look like it's stocked much yet. Keep an eye out for it there though!

Nope, it looks like it was just released the other day (the 26th) so it'll probably be a little bit before the price reflects its rarity. :)
