Yeah, quite a few. Some options will be cheaper or more expensive depending what you're going for. There's two pet zappers which, among other things, can change species and colour, or for zapper v.2, also zap your pet into an experiment. Pet Zapper, Zapper V. 2 But be careful because they can also disintegrate minions, inventory items, or do nothing at all. Both cost wizard tokens to use.

Or there's elixirs, which will change your pet into a specific species + colour combination, such as , which may be cheaper than buying potions, so it's usually worth checking if you want a specific pet if there's an elixir for it and whether it's cheaper than the potion. Not all potions have elixirs though, generally just the 'standard' colours, and bloodred.

Finally, potions. , which will change your pets colour, but not the species.

You can view all the pets here, and it'll generally tell you what potion is needed. Some colours are obtained other ways, such as Galactic and Hyrdrus, which you have to undertake quests for.
