hokay so for while now, whenever I redeem an UGC but can't spend the full amount (currency discrepancies and whatnot), I'm shown the balance of my remaining Ultimate Points in the top right corner of the transaction window, but the little pop-up that used to let you apply the remaining points to a new purchase has disappeared, and I can't figure out if there's another way to use them or if that's not a thing any more or what. xD; Am I just not doing something right orrr...?
[edit] just in case there's anyone else getting stuck with this, if you email the ultimatepay team they can manually complete the transaction and apply your points for you. :)
I'm not sure about this, this seems odd. In the future, you could make it easier for Subeta staff and yourself if you redeem your UGC card here on Subeta.
At this point, I'd say your best bet for figuring out what's going on is to file a Ticket in Help. They will either know or will contact UGC for you.
