I made this profile for Namco and all was fine and dandy until I realized I suck at coding, I can do some basics, but I get some complicated ideas in my head and I don't even know if these things can be done.

Here are some things I want to that I'm having issues doing myself.
TC: -I want them to be kinda faded at rest and then when you hover I want them to be full brightness, i know this is opacity, but I'm confused as to what to put in there. -Scrollbar overlay. Can I do this as a solid color? or should I leave it as is?
Minion: -I want it positioned right where the pink ghost is, and resized to fit that spot better, and is it possible to take off the name stuff? Is that allowed (oh and p.s. the minion attached isn't the actual pet minion, it's just to help me see him to move around)
DIV Box: -Is there a way to do that fancy fade in thing and fill in with a solid black background? I want it positioned to the right of Ms. Pac Man (which would be approx top: 475px and left: 365px -- 125px high and 300px wide) I wanna put like my pet story here.
I know I am asking a lot here, and I will tip anyone who helps me out in a big way.

TC Do you want individual items to light up or whole TC at once? And overlaying scrollbar with solid black would be just...putting a solid black rectangle on top of it so yeah, you can do that.

like in this general area linkyy and what i want is to have it show the normal pac man background until you over over it, and i want that fancy fade in thing to come in to a black box with words in it. -- does that make sense?
as for the other stuf 1 - individual items. and excellent. 2 - perfect 3 - see above. but when i say fancy fading in thing, like what happens when you hover sections on her user profile.
