Is there a code or something I can use to move his stat information or his overlay so that the two don't overlap eachother?

To move the stats, I believe you would put...

{ position:absolute left:__px; top:__px; }

Put the amount of pixels from the left in the blank, and the amount of pixels from the top in the other that you want to move the stats to.
