When will the newer STQ lines be given completion achievements (for example, Hazel Ornate Noon has been out for a while and yet there's no achievement for it)?

I find it usually takes a month or three for the new achievements for completed sets to come out. But I think they're having issues with achievements right now so it might take a while.
