Alright, well I used to know how to change my pet into a galactic one, but since I haven't been on in a year.. I've missed a lot and it seems that they've changed the way you do it.

I know I'd only be able to the 6th or 7th. I thought I was supposed to speak to Itallo for some quest.. but when i got to speak with him all there is now is a shop.

So what do I do? ;v; Is it even possible to still change your pets? xD

Just bumping this, as I have the same problem. Can't even find any outside links to Itallo's quests (I was presuming this is an anchoring error.)

It's not correctly linked on the page at the moment. I think it's been messed up since a site event involving the caves. I had to find it through Google myself earlier.

Edit: Apparently the link is only missing if you can't dig. New release 12/20 Really should be fixed though. :/

You have to click Iltallo's name in the text immediately above the caves image, but is right, that only shows up if you can dig.
