Can anyone tell me what the link back buttons are, where to find them and how to use them.

you can find them on the bottom of every page (click 'link back'). if you add one of them to your website or blog and someone clicks on it and signs up to subeta, they earn you a referral point. if you refer enough people (using the linkback buttons / your referral link) you can earn prizes. more information on the referral points and prizes are here (just click the number of referrals you already have). having a linkback button on your website also earns you achievements for certain amounts of views it gets (5, 25, 100, and so on).
