Has anyone seen The Fall with Lee Pace? I want to see it to see how good of an actor Lee really is but imdb.com said there are some frightening images and not to mention the same director of this movie made The Cell.
Has anyone seen this movie? is it really as frightening as they say?
(ET frightens the living daylights out of me, but i can take things like Matrix, The Hills have eyes unrated ((i hated it..)) and the druggie part in Snow White and the Huntsman. I've seen alot of Sci Fi movies too like Frankenfish and The Skeleton Key)

Yeah I saw it a few years ago - it's not really frightening, as far as I remember. There's a bit to the film that's quite dark and sad, but not anything like horror frightening (like in the films you mentioned). I could be wrong, as stuff like that probably wouldn't stick in my mind... but unless you're particularly sensitive, you should be fine.
Definitely worth seeing, if only for the beeeaaautiful scenery, Lee Pace and the kid actor, whatever she was called. One of the most gorgeously shot films I've seen.

Okay. I just didnt want any paranormal or druggie stuff. I will watch it then! I am not really sensitive. I watched Angels and Demons 10 times and it doesn't even phase me.

Um... when you say druggie stuff... I really don't want to spoil it for you lol. There may be drug use in it, but I haven't seen Snow White and the Huntsman, so I'm not sure what was disturbing about the drug use in that. To compare it, I mean.
But there's not disgusting images of people overdosing, or close-ups of needles in veins or anything like that.

Well i know Lee asks for the morphine, which is a powerful drug almost like Vicoden. And in Snow White, the dark forest Snow White runs into, she falls into a pit and it spits out fumes and when she breathed it in she saw scary faces on the trees, and everything was bleeding, like the colors were bleeding, she looked at her hand and her skin color started to drip down like wet paint. The noises got loud and long, and some high pitched...it was trippy...

Oh ok, you know then lol. Well there's no weird hallucination stuff like that :)

lol oh good. And I am already liking Lee's funky costume. I may have to commission someone to make it. I wouldn't choose black though...
Or, is there an item already out that looks like that outfit?

Hmm, I'm not aware of anything that already looks like it... might be military decorative jackets, but nothing that detailed/elaborate. It is rather dashing :3

Hmm, how much would you think a good price would be to try it? I guess I could see if i can make the outfit without paying over 1000CSC..lol

I'm not really sure on custom wearable prices and commissions, to be honest! You could design/draw it yourself if your art is good enough, or post/find someone in the commision section of the Custom Wearables subforum to design it. Would probably end up being around 1000CSC just for one item though, lol.

Hmm, true. I can kind of draw. How does one get information about details because, I can't get into the subforum.

dasffasdagsdhfsafs I can not properly explain how much I adore this film. Like said there is a darkness to it, but nothing outright frightening. I would recommend it a hundred times over. Really beautiful story, beautifully shot, beautifully acted. Lee is wonderful in it. Ugh I could seriously gush over this movie forever haha.
Wow, if you're that excited at the mention, it must be good! Now to get off Subeta long enough to watch it, lol. I wonder, is it kind of like Mirrormask? In the alternate reality respect?

I've never heard of Mirrormask so I went on IMDb to read about it, and the "People who liked this also liked..." section lists The Fall.. so you might have something there, haha.
Oh wow, lol. I am watching The Fall now, and i can't understand Alexandria very well....course I can't understand little kids when they talk period.

Yeah, I had a bit of an issue understanding a lot of what she said. I ended up watching the movie twice in 24 hours just to catch everything :P
I was watching the extras for The Fall (because im strange like that) and i noticed that Lee went from his trailer to the set bed by wheelchair and he had to pick up his legs to get settled in bed. Do you have any idea why he could not just walk from his trailer to the set? Or did he have something on him to stop him from moving his legs while they were filming so it would look more real when he went on that tantrum with the sugar pills?

He was pretending - the little girl actor genuinely believed he couldn't use his legs at first, so they kept it that way haha.
