I'm looking for someone who can make me a custom site layout CSS. I had a go at it myself since I'm learning it for work but I just don't have enough free time to be able to devote enough time to it.

I'm able to pay in sP/CSC and or USD, so please let me know and I'll go into more detail. It'll probably be using this image.
