I think you can, it's not against any rules to borrow things with the other user's permission. However, scamming is obviously against the rules, so bear that in mind (taking the CSC and not paying them back).

Ah okay thanks, I was wondering before I asked if I could borrow the CSC to ISS from someone of course I'd pay them back though I don't scam like that.

I think that kind of thing is down to the users to decide, so for example asking friends would be fine if they had it and you guys trust each other. :)

- asking a friend (someone you actually know) would likely be okay, as said, but asking on a board to people in general seems more like begging (which isn't allowed).

Since this could be considered begging, which is against our rules, I'm going to go ahead and lock this. Like others in this topic have said, try asking a friend privately. You could alternatively try to earn CSC through the cash shop offers; I've earned a ton of CSC that way.. it's really quick and easy if you're patient!
