I wonder like is there a site for this subject? or different subjects within this?
Could you be a little more specific? What sort of activism are you interested in?
(ps inb4 someone says tumblr. don't go to tumblr for anything to do with activism. Just don't do it. :()

i dunno like...stopping child hunger around the world, stopping drug trafficing, helping efforts in Syria..those are just a few:P Oh! and stop internet censorship!
Unless you're willing to give up hard earned money, most of it will be slacktivism, unfortunately. I find most social activism sites to essentially boil down to a bunch of people giving each other congratulatory hand jobs (metaphorically speaking) whilst not really achieving anything.
If you want to help without paying any money, I can think of three valid options off the top of my head (I actually found two others whilst searching up the URLs to the initial three, haha):
http://www.freerice.com/ - The more you play, the more money you generate for the site to provide food (rice).
http://www.goodsearch.com/ - Try not to use Google for your searching any more, and use this instead. Most of your internet browsing revenue goes toward a charity of your choice.
http://clicktogive.com/ - Every 24 hours, click all of the options. The buttons will take you to a page loaded with ads. The revenue you generate for every view is quite substantial with this one.
http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com/clickToGive/home.faces?siteId=3 - Another click to give every 24 hours. At the top, you will see that there are a bunch of sites (hunger, breast cancer etc). All of those can be clicked to generate money.
and finally,
http://www.amnesty.org/ - You actually have to do a little bit more work than click buttons here, but Amnesty International is a widely respected and reliable organization. Basically, most of the time, you and thousands of others send letters to governments around the world petitioning them to do/not do a certain action. If you are not good at writing letters to government offices, you can just use their sample letters with your name at the bottom instead. But there is a lot more too. Browse the site and see what you can do.
There's a bunch, look online but, be safe!
Have you tried looking at the Invisible Children website? They have the "Kony" thing going on now but, usually you they take groups to Africa to care for the needy. You can by a beenie/hat from the krochet kids, a non-profit organization that raises money for women in Uganda and Peru. You can also get involved with them as well. Try looking for volunteer work around your community. Do you know of any ambassadors programs or volunteer clubs around your community? Recently, the ambassador program I belong too did a "Night In a Box" fundraiser. We sleep over night in boxes and were sponsored pillows and covers to help raise money for a local homeless shelter.
I enjoyed it alot but, would of enjoyed it better if it wasn't in middle of November:) Atleast, I can say I received the FULL experience.
Names Andrea but, you can call me Dre'.
