Hey there. I'm kind of new to Subeta, but I'm certainly not new to roleplaying - I have about eight years of experience under my belt, and I suppose you could say I am literate to advanced.

But long story short, I'm looking for a Nightmare on Elm Street roleplay - whether it be completely original and just using concepts from the series, canon, or a combination of both (preferred). I'm pretty flexible so I'm open to just about any ideas regarding this series/concept; however, as much as most fans disliked it, I rather enjoyed the remake and I would really appreciate it if we could use this style, setting and characters (if canon). As much as I like the other films, they've become a little too comical for my tastes, and I like my roleplays to be dark and serious.

As for characters, I can play both male and females equally, and I tend to have multiple characters. I'll play any canon characters that have survived the nightmares (depending on which point in the series this is set) and/or OCs. I'm afraid I'm not very good at playing villains (though I'm not opposed to trying), so I'm looking for someone who wouldn't mind playing Freddy Krueger or an original substitute, as well as various other characters of your choice.
