Sorry to bring this up if someone had recently posted about it, I had a check on the boards and in the frequently asked question thread and I couldnt see anything.

Basically, Ive been away for a little bit and had my pin saved under passwords on my computer (i think) and now that password is apparently incorrect. So is there anyway to find out your PIN or reset it? Thanks for any help! :)

You'll have to file a ticket if you don't remember it, there's no way (that I'm aware of) to reset it without knowing it. :c I don't know if staff can help or not, but that would be your best shot.

Actually, PIN problems should be emailed to us at support @ subeta.net (minus the spaces) :)

Ive already made a ticket and Hellhound passed it on to another admin. Should I still email or wait for the ticket? :)
