I am very interested (read:obsessed) in the custom pet overlay option but I saw I need to use CSC to activate it. Since I'm not able to buy any with real money I wondered if it was possible to purchase CSC from another user with SP?

Could anyone help me out on this matter?

I've seen around the site for years now about people trying to build up their sP for CSC, I'm gathering that purchasing the Gift Cards from other users is what's been talked about or is there anything else, I tend to over look things I think I wont need only to need to come in and post later :D

This is correct, there is no official conversion from sP to CSC or vice versa. The deal between you who has the sP and wants it less than their CSC, and the other user who has the CSC but wants it less than your sP is a private one. This is allowed, but it is not supported.
