users ad banners?

I have a GA active,.. I noticed it over the pat holiday with 2 other user banners/ads, now I am seeing another one... is there a reason for this?

I see them from time to time, too. I have Ad Block Plus and it should take care of everything, but it's not. I dunno what's going on
I was having the same problem in spite of a Ad-block Plus so I right clicked on the ad and blocked it again, took care of the problem.
