I've never nominated a pet or had one of mine entered, but if I remember correctly you can't nominate your own pets.

No, . I cannot nominate him. I can only make him able to be nominated. I am just wondering why when I click that thing that it is not taking me to a new page with confirmation that he is able to be nominated. I am NOT asking anyone to nominate him as that would be cheating I am sure and I sure do not want to lose my account. I have been here since before the reset.

Ohhhh my bad, I read it wrong. On his profile there is a link to nominate him, so it must have gone through.

After you toggle the button to Yes you have to scroll down and click on Select Pets. It doesn't take you to a new page. But you can refresh or click out and return to verify that it saved your selections. Good luck with the spotlight!
