Wouldn't it be nice to have a moving background? A moving river or drifting clouds or....?

Animation isn't compatable with the Human Avatars.

We've played with animated items on the avatars, it's possible but unlikely to ever happen :P

Oh really? It seems like it would be impossible because the wardrove uses .png files a n d animated stuff us usually .gif

pngs can be animated through sorcery! We've made a ball bounce on them before. It's really complicated and makes hte filesizes like x3849573945 though, and also is just ugly.

I have another background suggestion in regard to Carnivals. I have my cute large bear prize and I thought it would be really appropriate for my HA to have her holding her bear with carnival background. This is the only carnival background and the carnival is not exactly visible! It would be great having a Carnival Background for a prize!

(I would also suggest, since I'm into the idea you've floated about Carnival related backgrounds, you find some specific images to give greater detail of what you're interested in! It could be a pretty good suggestion!)

Has that changed recently, then? Sometime last year someone I had pulled into the site got bawled out for a necro on the Suggestions board, and quit over it. Never met all the referral criteria, either, which chuffed me.
