I'd love to see holiday-specific chance bags brought back to the CSC:

Melody's for Lumi, Esther's for Vesnali, etc.

However, bring them back solely for that holiday and then take them out again. It'd make things from those bags a little more accessable instead of impossible (Melodious Wrapping Scraps, for example).
