Okay this is something never really happened with me before and would love to solve it somehow. I did took a commission from a member a while ago for cash (before anyone complains I did hold auctions and art for sP as well not just for cash) but finished with it when s/he went for vacation.

This was understandable but her/his account got frozen not long ago and all I would love to get chance to have their email they registered their account on this site to get in touch with them. Or anything to win my chance to somehow deal this business with the person outside the site in that case, but no idea how to do that. Topic; http://subeta.net/forums/view/872316/3#20699536 which is already locked even.

I did my half and it is a very stressing situation and would love to get this one somehow sorted out.

Have you filed a ticket to ask? I mean the users here are all full of information and wonderfulness but its the staff who are ultimately going to be able to give you that info/or agree to do so. Perhaps you can post something on tumblr using the Subeta tag so she might see it? Or maybe even go to Subeta Drama where one of her friends might be signed up?

Another option is you could always auction the piece of art off for a lower price that way you still get something for your work.

Oh a ticket, that not came in my mind while it sounds so incredible clear and obvious. facepalm I tried to "ask anything" message them over the tumblr was still given in their signature but tumblr "noting" system is pretty lame and not always working the way like for example an sMail does.

I go and fill up a report ticket with this issue now. If I can´t reach her I can try that but due the fact the character was very much personalized on their likes it would be almost impossible thing to do. (

The only advice that can be given is to file a ticket. However, I highly doubt that staff are going to give you the contact information of a frozen user. So it looks like the venue which you're already utilizing (tumblr, it would seem) is going to be your only option. I wish I could be of more assistance than that, but there really isn't any other solution at this point. Sorry. :(
