This is a fairly basic roleplay, and if you plan on joining just read the following information. I'll try to shorten it as much as possible (: A long time ago, when the Earth first begun developing, the humans dispersed into three main groups. Dark, light, and neutral. The dark developed into Vampires, the light into Angels, and the neutral remained mortal humans. As a war broke out over the authority and government of the society, the Vampires spawned Shape Shifters, and the Angels spawned Lycans. This left five groups, that still remain today.

This roleplay takes place in current times, and we will begun at a nightclub. You may join as a Vampire, Shape Shifter, Angel, Lycan, or Human. Here is a little information on each... Vampire- Can only come out at night, between the hours of sunset and sunrise. Sunlight will violently burn the vampire, and it will not survive. They drink only blood, humans and animals alike but human blood quenches longer. Shape Shifter- They can go out in daylight, but can only shape shift at nightfall. They are dark, like the vampires, and are their allies. Angel- They have no restrictions as far as day/night, but the night is dangerous to them, and they lose some of their strength during hours without sun. Lycan- Much like Angels, they have no restrictions, but instead they prefer nighttime. They are a variation of werewolves, and are allies of the Angels for the strict reason being that the vampires are their mortal enemies. Human- Just think about yourself, and you're pretty much set!

He loves making other people happy, but can sometimes have a temper (usually about vampires and shape-shifters) and has a tendancy to not forgive if wronged. He loves easily, but it takes a long time to earn his trust. brief history: He lost all of his family in an outbreak of shape-shifter violence when he was very young, but he still remembers his baby sister dying in her arms. other: He likes living among humans since he no longer has a family and uses the last name 'Angelo' ((angel, duh)) as part of his cover. Currently, he is in his final stretch of faking highschool, in his last few weeks of senior year.

She has black, wavy hair that goes to the middle of her back and bangs that cover her eyes. Claire's outfit consists of graphic t-shirts of her favorite bands and semi-tight jeans that are tucked into black high top converse shoes. She has a peircing on her bottom lip (ring), right eyebrow (ring), and a bar through the cartilage of her ear. Claire's eyes are a dark green. Most describe them as black with a hint of green. Claire has a tattoo on the back of her neck that is an outline of a wolf and on it's chest are the words Life and War in Japanese. brief personality: Shy. Cold. Has slight anger problems. brief history: Was only 6 when she witnessed her family being murdered by vampires. Her brother became a vampire but was later killed. Claire somehow escaped and was saved by a lycan named Michael who she started calling Papa since she considered him her dad. When Michael thought that Claire was old enough, he turned her so she could fight on her own. For years, she fought along side him and the other strays. Unfortunately, Michael was killed and once again Claire was left without family. This left her heart cold and dead. Spent most of her time in Japan learning kempo. other:..loves to dance and smokes cigarettes way too much.

Full name: Violet Scarlett Appearing age: 16 Actual age: 34(Not too old, tell me if I must change this.) Alliance: Shape-Shifters/Vampires Appearance: Long dark brown hair that reaches down to the middle of her back, that falls in side bangs against the right side of her face. Skin is smooth and pale, with small freckles dotting her face, starting in the middle of her left cheek, across her nose, and half way onto her right cheek. Eyes are deep blue, a dark, intense color, with large pupils. Her eyes are round, wide. Tall, lithe, skinny figure. Stands at around 5'2, only a few inches shorter than her twin sister. Legs are long and her torso is short. Hands and feet are small, average size, while her finger nails are painted a sheer silver. Fingernails are long. Wears darker denim shorts, ends are rolled up. Shoes are old, ratty black gym shoes with black laces. Normal shirt is dark purple tee with black seams. Brief personality: Violet may be quiet, but she's not sensitive or shy. She prefers to keep to herself, mainly because she believes that no one really needs to know what she has to stay, except Natalie or her closest friends. Not sensitive or shy, isn't weak or anything like that. Usually, when you think of someone who is quiet you think of them as shy and sensitive too. Not Violet. She can take a hit and just let it slide off of her, for she believes that it is immature and she doesn't want to engage in it. Likes to read, like her sister, but she reads less than Natalie does. Violet is also the kind of girl that you would find in the forest behind their town, not shopping around with all of the rest of the girls. Most of the time, she likes to fight with other people. Debating, arguing, though not really fighting. Likes the practice, for she believes(and other people tell her) that she has good debating skills when protecting something she likes. She absolutely hates it when someone brags, or when someone shows off to other people. Not like she doesn't do it herself, she just doesn't really realize when she is doing it, that she is showing off or bragging to others. She usually gets mute, she doesn't talk at all, and glares at the person for a few minutes, waiting to see what they do. If they realize that she is fuming at them, and not at something else, and stop doing it, then she'll back off. If they don't, she'll march right up to them and tell them that showing off is wrong. Brief history: Violet and Natalie were born as Identical twins to Ron and Larina Scarlett. They named Violet her name for two reasons, one, they were French, though didn't show it, and two, Ron's mother's name was Violet, and she passed away only months ago. Violet started to show signs of being able to shape-shift at the age of four, but her parents kept it a secret to everyone else. Even her sister, whom was starting to develop weird traits as well, but not like a shape-shifter. It wasn't that her parents were scared of her, it was that they wanted to keep her to themselves, they wanted to amuse themselves in that way. She ran away with her sister at the age of thirteen, and met with a group of Vampires, whom informed them of the raging war with the angels. They both have been fighting ever since. Other: -Natalie is her Identical Twin Sister -When fighting she seems to get a little blood thirsty, probably from hanging around Vampires. -Often tends to only Shape-Shift into a Tiger, which happens to be one of her favorite animals.

JACQUELYNN DUBOIS LOOKS 22 BUT IS 23 ALLIANCE angel APPEARANCE « dark, reddish-brown hair that reaches black at the roots, and deep, telling eyes. she has lived but little time on earth, and is still a very knowledgeable being. she has one dark brown eye, and the other is a light, sky blue with a golden ring around the pupil. she is pale, and her figure is rather frail, but her lips are dark pink. BRIEF PERSONALITY there was an instant change within her after her death, and this bossy, manipulative young woman was altered for the better. she is now quiet, reserved, and soft-spoken. she holds strong to what she believes in, but will accept everyone even if they go against her morals. BRIEF HISTORY while driving with her boyfriend, they were in a fatal car crash which resulted, ultimately, in her death and the three people in the opposite car. it was not her boyfriend's fault, but he still blames himself since he was the only one to survive. it has been a year since the accident, and still every night jacqui goes to visit him in is sleep, just to make sure he is coping well. her dark secret, though, haunts her -- before her death, she was half-vampire and half-mortal. jacqui was reborn, in a sense, when one of the elders of the angels offered her a peaceful afterlife being an angel. OTHER if anyone wants to play her boyfriend[human] that would be cool :3

TRAVIK DUBOIS LOOKS 25 BUT IS 4,792 ALLIANCE vampire APPEARANCE « feathered black hair and eyes that are always hidden, their color unknown. someone once said they were an emerald green, as vivid as the lushest field... but nothing is definite. he has a well-worked on body and it has yet to become pale, like most vampires'. the wings he wears in the photo is mere mockery of his sister, who is an angel. BRIEF PERSONALITY the complete opposite of jacqui, and loving every second. travik's morals are bottom-line nonexistent, and he'd have it no other way. his heart is of pure dedication to the vampire race, which he sees as most superior. his loyalty is astounding, to many. BRIEF HISTORY he isn't one of the elders, but is a very powerful vampire. he has turned several thousand humans, and has killed even more. his father was also a vampire, and less than 30 years prior to current day had been killed by the stake after he impregnated a human. this resulted in his half-sister, jacqui. he has an unrequited vengeance for her, and will stop at nothing. in his mind, she is the sole purpose of his existence. to kill her, to turn her, then to leave her stranded. travik is incredibly unwise despite his age, and acts on instinct. OTHER if anyone has a vampire that he wants to have been turned by him, that's fine.

Full name: Verkholt Tron Appearing age: 18 Actual age: 25 Alliance: angel Appearance: He has straight, silvery-blond hair and blue eyes that change from cerulean to pale blue depending on his mood (this happens rarely, though). He's pale by human standards, and could be mistaken as a vampire if not for the fact that he possesses two pairs of snow-white wings, one pair protruding from his shoulder blades and the other pair from his middle back. Has a willowy build and is of medium height. Brief personality: He's always cheerful, but if he gets severely ticked off, he will get back. He's a sadist and quite enjoys poisoning others with disgusting concoctions of unidentifiable ingredients. Brief history: Kholt was born to Norse parents, and is an avid studier of Norse runes. He has never been in a relationship with anyone before and was killed on his eighteenth birthday seven years ago in an ancient ruin when studying runes, thus retaining his appearing age of eighteen. Other: He can dabble with magic, and uses runes to do so.

Alliance: Vampires Appearance: Kya Brief personality: I will describe her personality when we start because of the fact that I can never stick to these things. Brief history: She killed her family when she was at a younger age because her father sexually abused her and her mother just let it happen and didn't care. She wanted nothing more than her family to die. And then one night long after her family was dead and she lived alone in the house, she was visited by a vampire about her age. He sensed her anger and hatred and new she would fit right in as a blood-thirsty vampire. He quickly and easily talked her into it and soon bit her and turned into the monster she is now. She loves the thrill of feeding on human beings. She may seem "weak" but don't underestimate her. She is strong and her heart is cold. Her attitude gives her a leaderish quality and intimidates vampires that are younger than her and even some that are older. She basically hates everyone that isn't her kind all because of her past. Also, one thing to remember. It is very hard to earn Kya's trust and when you do it is still hard to tell if she trusts you. But once you gain her trust, don't lose it. Because you will never get it back again. She is not forgiving and she doesn't believe in second chances.

brief personality: Adrian tends to be a bit more serious then his twin sister Gabrielle. He is always on the look out for danger and is constantly using a stern tone. Since they're entire pack was wiped out by a clan of vampires, Adrian has been a lot more cold hearted and is not afraid of attacking anyone; his cold manner just shows how tough of a fighter he can be.

brief history: The shot guns were what he had heard of first, then followed the harsh panting and the drips upon his neck. Before he knew it, he was bound to an immortal life and a fate to rid the rival species.

Gabrielle and Adrian worked as slaves on a winery in the southern parts of the US. They were sold by their parents when they were young and were constantly shipped, and whipped, by cruel masters. So to be bitten by a canine, then waking up to a group of men and women, he knew he and his sister had been granted a new beginning.

brief personality: Gabrielle is often the life of the party and is able to take the spotlight of any event, whether at a dinner with friends, or at a club packed with people. Her personality is described to be bubbly, well mannered, and friendly. She doesn't enjoy the life of being a lycan and wishes she was more human to avoid the history between her species and the other immortals.

brief history: Same as Adrian's; continued After the vicious ambush of a vampire clan, Adrian and Gabrielle were the only lycans left standing. She had put up a good fight, however if it wasn't for her brother's skills she would be one of the limp bodies on the dirt. Gabrielle was never a fighter and would usually avoid battles, but with her brother constantly being paranoid she had no choice but to back him up.

Since then, the two have been traveling all over the world. Fighting the enemy, killing the enemy, or fleeing from the enemy.
