I got an Ultimate Game Card followed the link to the site. The problem is that I've already waited half an hour to an hour after putting in the PIN and got nothing. No letter in my email or CSC. Did I do something wrong? I get this message: "Amount due remaining 0.99 Canadian Dollars" Which makes me wonder if I have to pay additional mula, which doesn't make sense. >3<

Do I have to sign up to the site or do I have to wait a bit more? Or should I contact PayByCash?

Hmm...I have no idea, never bought one of those game cards before. Sounds like something is wrong with their end. I can't imagine you would have to pay any more. You should really try out some of the free offers Subeta added, they are well worth the time.

I don't know the details, because I'm not in Canada and have never used a UGC, but I remember reading something about the exchange rate messing up the CSC from UGCs for people outside the US.

Seems like there is a service fee you have to pay. Have you checked if there is still money left on the Card? I believe you can do that. I don't know how much your card was for and how much CSC you wanted to get, but you have to keep the exchange in mind since canadian $ are not US $.

It's a bit sad that people in Canada need to pay more, why can't we just be taxed in the store to eliminate this problem?

Well, that's just because the CSC prices are in USD. So we are all basically paying the same, it's just a different amount depending on where we live because of the currency exchange. In germany for example it's usually between 35 and 38€ for 5k Credits, other countires have to pay more (in their currency).
