Sarah's Quests are in Veta Lake in a little house to the right. There are lots of quests but you have to explore to find them. There is no "quest" area as such. :-)

well maybe one more help http://subeta.net/preferences.php?act=sidebar you can go to this area and add the quests-widget to your sidebar then you have something like an "quest-area" it's actually really helpful ^^
