Does anyone know what it does if i use it?

I just opened one for you now and got:

Lollipop of DEATH Lollipop of DEATH Coconut Lollipop

So I guess it gives out three random Lollipops. C:

Yep, random lolli items. I think it generally doesn't make a lot of profit though, the item is worth more than what's normally recieved from it.
