You need to put the pieces together as part of a checklist for the Blue Building, so yes in that sense.

And Im not all that good with weapons, so I cant help you on that. x.x

There are a lot of weapons that are either one use (like snowballs from the Random game) or that you only can use once per battle. All the ones called bombs are typically once per battle (OPB).

Not really, but I heard the blue building is pretty great.

No. But it really depends on which super rare item you get, but I got crappy ones so yeah :p

You should ask around the batte forums, there's a whole ton of opb and single use weapons.

thanks and another question. What does an item do if it just says infinate use like Black Ring, Blackmoons Cursed Moonrock, and Box of Untold Secrets or all those like mystery items?

Infinite use means you can use it forever, at every turn in a battle.

None of those you mentioned are currently weapons however... Though I think one might have been at one point.

did you add those to your armory a long time ago? two? years ago, many weapons turned into ..not weapons.
