Can you convert SP to CSC?

It seems like I've seen it on here somewhere a while back... but can you cash-in your hard earned SP for CSC for the cash shop? I think it said that 5 mil = $1 or something like that... :?/

I believe so. I'm not 100% sure about billboards so you might have to get a second opinion though! haha
Yeah that's how you get billboards. You buy the card with sP from users, redeem it then go to the billboard page and purchase the amount of impressions you want to have, I did it yesterday :)
