Is it true that posting in either the GA Games forum or the regular Games forum doesn't count towards your post count? I'm looking forward to getting 10,000 posts and I wondered if playing games there would help or not.

Yep, that's true for user run games. Not sure about GA games...also event forums don't count.

the easiest thing to do is join a __ & Chat board and post away lol there's one in the Achievements forum, if you're into achievements ;)
