I... I don't know what to say. This guy is off his rocker for sure.
Wow, nice taunting. You know this is only going to prove you're a moron right?

So, take the aid and go get him, then.

I'm honestly not surprised or even upset that they didn't accept the money. I'm sorry, but I'd be leery as fuck over accepting money and whatever else from someone like him. Maybe I'm not considering it clearly, but I'm not sure why people think the US fucked up here?
This. He didn't earn that money through any good means and he probably earned it through the suffering of others. Nothing wrong with not wanting to accept bloody money.

That guy..IS REALLY STRANGE. Glad US refused, seriously. It would have been stupid otherwise. [Edit] I mean..that guy would have something to ask later for sure. And then,US will have to give the money back or something bad will happend. I think that refusing was right, even if they are going through an hard time :/
This is guy is a piece of shit and it would have been a bad idea to accept his money. You know later he say like, "You know that time I gave you a shit ton of money? Yeah about that.. It's time you do something for me".
Eeexactly. And how the hell would it look for the US to do dealings with a terrorist? I'm not saying the US is a beacon of light or something, but there's just shit you don't do if you wanna keep relationships with other nations in a good state, and dealing with known terrorists is one of those things.
Exactly. The US is far from perfect but doing business with a known terrorist is just stupid. I can only imagine there's blood on that money. I know I wouldn't want blood money and I live in an area that got hit by the hurricane.
A mass murderer and one of the world's most wanted men having a sudden change of heart and offering to help the good people who are suffering. Totally not suspicious at all.
Okay, in all seriousness, what is this guy trying to prove? It is clear that he has some sort of ulterior motive and I don't think any nation would be gullible enough to fall for his tricks. I often did think that people underestimated America's stupidity, but this guy overestimated it. I never thought I'd see that happen.

Well that was polite of him. I do kind of understand the US saying no though, I think they would have a lot of explaining to do about accepting money/aid from a wanted man. Plus I think today there is a lot of paranoia about someone's underlying motivations and intentions..
...
Yes.
Yes it does matter where it comes from. How... how could it not? :1
I think it was a taunt. To the US and other nations. He was like "oh we terrorist have all this money to help the disaster victims" meanwhile their gunning people down and blowing them up and hiding from the countries trying to capture them and put an end to that.
