Okay, I did a sponsor link survey (yes, I read all the requirements and fine print) and I followed all the rules, whatever. Anyway, I didn't get awarded the csc, so I clicked the "missing cash shop credits" button, and submitted a report through "contact support", but to view the report, you have to sign on with them.... which brings me to this
when I clicked the contact support button, I can't remember exactly how it worked before I had an account because it was a few days ago. But I'm pretty sure I had to file the ticket and THEN make an account after that, like as part of the confirmation email from the ticket.
There's no where for me to make an account. The only link on the page (other than the "I don't know my password" type link, which I also clicked) takes me to the service's host website, and you have to pay to have an account there.

So you submitted the request already? Then check your email; you should've had to put in your email address and gotten an email from them to make the account with.

AH! Duh :( It had gotten sent directly to my spam box XD Thank you very much. Now, to see if THEIR customer service is as good as Subeta's :D
i got my missing csc in about a day. :)
