Saggitarius Quests, Computer Geek Quests, Wizard Quests. Doing all of their quests takes less than 1 hour and you'll usually make at least 1 mil.

I would also suggest joining in on the dancing going on in the Masquerade Forum. You get anywhere from 2-8 tokens per dance (every ten minutes you can dance again) and tokens are currently selling for 10k a piece, so that's anywhere from 20k-80k every ten minutes for doing absolutely nothing more than clicking on a link :)
