now that the bakery is moved to the underground, how do we buy the original bakery items, for quests and things like that? for example, once it said that macaroons were in stock (6) in the shop search, but when i clicked the link to the bakery there was nothing there. how do you buy those?

you don't. We don't know yet what is going to happen with that shop or those items.
