I've been mulling over this for two weeks, and I can't figure out how to overlay my scroll bars.

Firstly, will this code work on pet profiles?

Second: Where do you find scrollbar overlay pictures? I've tried google, and nada.

For hover tabs, like the cream one that she's got, does anyone know the code?

You have to make your own scrollbar hover. It is basically just an image plastered over the scrollbar.

I know it needs to be a hover, but it's the image part I don't understand. Everyone says to use the image from a source, but I don't understand where to get the images from?

Do you have the profile where you want to use it?

The code won't work unless you change the width and height to match the image. When I make overlays for scrollbars I usually just screenshot the profile, layer the image I used underneath, select the area where the scrollbar is, add arrows on a new layer, remove the layer with the scrollbar and tada, scrollbar overlay c:
