I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I was wondering if there was any word on when it might be back up. I know /why/ it was taken down. It was to add an epilepsy warning. But it's been down for over a month now....

I haven't heard anything, unfortunately. I'm getting sick of it being down though.

I was wondering if someone forgot about it. I mean. They took down Cybill Sledding for the same reason sometime last year (I think during the cruise) and it was back up in about an hour or so. (I thought)

I'm new (just got to the month point) and thought it was a special sort of game. So ti's supposed to be there? What is it?

It's a flash game. Basically there are three rows. The minion Burrero (Which looks like a donkey) will come across the screen. You control a basket, catching the good fruit and allowing the fruit that has gone bad to pass. As time passes the Burrero's will go faster and more will come across the screen. You can earn up to 25,000 SP per game and play it 10x a day. It's a little hard to explain, especially since it's been so long since I played it. Someone requested that they put a epilepsy warning on it (A perfectly legitimate request. I'm not complaining about that.) and it's been down ever since.

I didn't know about the Cybill Sledding thing but I wouldn't have thought it would take more than a day or two to add a simple warning. And if there was a time issue with being able to put the warning INTO the game, why not just throw a warning up on the page above the game temporarily instead of taking it down and leaving it?

* shrugs * I don't know about that. I just saw the forum where they requested the warning, and a staff member responded, saying they had taken it down and were working on putting a warning on it. Something important probably came up and it somehow got pushed to the back burner. These things happen, I just really wish the game was back up again. There really are so few flash games on Subeta, so I miss one when it's gone. But I'm sure your suggestion would've worked just as well. Frankly I have no clue what happened.

yeah I am getting pretty impatient about the game being down too 3: that game was fun and one of the less glitchy games on subeta. I'm glad to know why it was taken down though XD i was starting to think it had something to do with my computer. Especially since nobody mentioned it.

Well, I'm glad that it seems I could enlighten a few on the subject. Though I'm kind of disappointed that I haven't gotten an answer about it yet. I know that this section is generally just user to user answers, so I know the admins have probably not even seen it yet.

Yeah. Hopefully a Minimod or Admin will see it and if were lucky respond saying they've noticed it XD I feel like subeta is pretty good at fixing stuff when it's mentioned but, it's hard to bring this to attention since technically it's not a glitch. Just a forgotten repair as far as we know. This thread is only a day old though so i understand why it hasn't been noticed yet. (especially since this is majority user help user thread like you said) Hopefully it won't have to sit cold much longer! fingers crossed

Basically that's what I'm thinking. If it's active long enough I'm sure someone will notice it. It's only been about a day, so I'm trying to be patient about it. It's not really something I'm very good at though. * laughs *

From what I remember, it was actually giving some people seizures, so they took it down. I don't know if they're trying to figure out what's causing that, or putting up a warning, or what. But that's why it's down.

We know why it was originally taken down. The problem is that it's been 2+ months and it's still not up (and apparently another game was taken down for the same reason and put back up within a day).
