As in, make it a choice whether you want an exact search, or a general search. As it stands now, if I was to search for a free pet/user name like Ka, for example, instead of bringing up exactly what I searched for, I would get any user/pet name with a KA in it. And since it's in alphabetical order with a limit of like, 30 shown, I can't even check. I'm stuck looking at user/pet names that start with A that have KA in it.

Example this example you aren't even starting with the A's. Its all the _ & .. punctuations.

And while we are at it, can we change the search in general to accept 2 character searches? If you search for a 2 character word, you have to put a % at the end because the minimum character requirement is 3. I don't know if that affects anything but it's irritating.

*Unless there's a way to do this and I just don't know about it lol. Either way, an exact search would be nice.

- It lists exact results at the top, and if there's nothing there then you know "Ka" isn't taken.

If you're looking for names that start with Ka, like Karen and Kathy, then I don't see how an exact search with "Ka" is going to do you any good because you're not actually looking for exact matches. In that case you would just do your search and skip straight to the K section.

Unless I'm misunderstanding something?

Oh, I think I see now. It doesn't actually list all results so it doesn't even get to the K's with that search. So it's not that you need an exact search, it's that they need to give more complete results (hopefully with pages which Subeta has a vendetta against for some reason :x)
