I bought CSC and I got a gold account for the tattoo space and I am being told that you cannot get extra space with the gold account. But it even says on the tattoo page that you can get extra room. Why am I being told that I cannot? Is it true you can't get extra room?

As you were told via ticket, the extra space feature was removed at some point, so no, you can't.

Then tell me how I can. There is an option to buy more space so if so that is false advertisement.

Oops! You don't have enough space available to get this tattoo! Either try another design, make it smaller, get more space, or have an existing tattoo removed. (This is posted under the tattoo page if you can't get it)

It is an out right damn lie since I am being told it isn't a feature. It should have been removed there as well.

No one is attempting to be rude. The fact that the tattoo page still says that is an unfortunate oversight on our part.

I'm not sure if it's even the same thing as what you thought getting a gold account would do. I've never used the tattoo parlor before though :/

Don't take this the wrong way, but zombies aren't even allowed to use the tattoo system. So enjoy your gold account for all the other great features like more pets, more quests, etc and try not to let yourself get too upset about it.

If it was an oversight and forgotten there, I should be able to get that space someway and you guys should do it. It is not my fault you guys forgot to remove something from your page.

I got cursed so that is why I am a stupid zombie and I freaking hate it. I have tattoos on underneath my zombie failness and unfortunately my girlfriend and I probably won't be back. I am only staying around to get what I want.

Unfortunately, I'd put safe money on the likelihood that with the feature completely removed, it wouldn't even be possible for them to allow it in a one-off basis. Though I agree, they should've been sure to remove the notice when the feature itself was removed.

They still should have to do it reguardless because it was a mistake on their part not mine. It is their fault in the first place.

Nobody is arguing whose "fault" it is. I'm pointing out that if the possibility of it is not in place, customer service doesn't play into the determination of events. If you walk into a restaurant and order something they're out of at the moment, no amount of petulant foot-stomping is going to make that suddenly a possibility.
