I believe I remember it being mentioned somewhere that for gambit we talk to staff. I did an offer and completed it (unknowingly) in the middle of down time and it seems I have no reward for it. I plan on waiting a bit before asking for help about it of course, but I am just wondering if I make contact with a ticket to staff.
Subeta Staff does not handle Sponsor Offer issues, unfortunately. You must contact the Sponsor if something is wrong.
Then do you know what to do to contact Gambit? The only link they seem to provide in the cash shop offers page states it's for direct payment consult, nothing about anything else. I clicked the FAQ but there is nothing.
I then looked into Terms and went into the Gambit site and found one email for support, but that seems to be for the Gambit service for sites, not for this situation.
While you may find a support email for Gambit, from my experience they will not handle issues through it (even if they have stated in the past that they will.) The only way I've found to get in contact with them is the "feedback" button on the top of every page when you're doing their tasks, but I don't know if this is a feature available for anything else they offer.
The e-mail for Gambit is .com">gambithelp.com, however the "Feedback" button may also be used instead.
