Could someone please tell me? I see links to all the steamwork shops, but I can't figure out how I can obtain the tokens for myself. Any help is appreciated.

You can only obtain Steamwork Tokens when the Atebus Revolution Masquerade is taking place. You get them by dancing with and accepting dances from other users on the event forum.

And might I ask where you got the hound in your avatar?

I believe it happens around March.

The hound comes from the item Demon Hound Horns, but it was a limited release Custom Wearable.

you may find them in shops that other users are selling.
