Glacier potion?

Okay. I'm probably just really stupid. XD I can't figure out how to combine the artificial prism chalice and the bucket of polar water in order to get a glacier potion. Are these the right items, and where do I have to go to combine them...?

Go to Darkside, then Asmodeus Genetech lab, and select those two items to be combined. They are the right items, yes. Then you'll get your potion. :)

You go to The Darkside of Subeta and visit Asmodeus Genetech Lab. That is where you can combine the artificial prism chalice and bucket of polar water to get a glacier potion :)
