As you can see in that picture, the page isn't loading all the way even when Google Chrome insists that it is. The ads aren't appearing, the dropdown menus won't drop down - I have to manually write in urls - and I can't delete events.

I've had this problem before on my dad's computer and never really figured out how to fix it but it just went away. It just started doing this about 30 minutes ago and I can't think why, has anyone else figured out how to fix it?
