Does the raffle ticket ever give out individual items from the Cash Shop Boutique? My friend and I were discussing, and I wanted an answer.

From what I'm able to tell, it only gives out CSC between 1-25 or a random item from the Clothing section of the Cash Shop. So, I don't think it gives you Delish items.

When I cashed in my first raffle ticket, I got csc. I'm really not sure if it gives items
