Remember when I said I was going on hiatus until this bs with my grandmother's will was settled? It isn't showing any signs of being resolved anytime soon.
We just got word about two days ago that for some stupid reason, the lawyer can't (or won't) talk to us about the will despite the only thing we're trying to get out of any of them is office hours so we can make the over four hour trip there to sign off on the will.
We also found out that each time we've called the lawyer, it costs my aunt $150 for again some idiotic reason that neither my parents nor I can figure out. (Which I say serves her right for the fact that she is incapable of actually speaking to us like a normal human being and has only been communicating with us via texts since her last phone call.)
We haven't heard anything more than that and she's probably going to be moving to Texas once this all settles completely down.
So! How the heck have you guys been? I've missed you. ;w;

Ouch, that really sucks. $150 per call, and then they won't assist. Sounds like BS. :l
MISS YOU!
No kidding. :I It sounds like an excuse to prolong this and paint us in a more evil light than we already have been. We've been vilified to next year and back.
CLINGS

Well, hopefully it gets straightened out soon. :(
How's life otherwise?
I hope so. It's a bunch of unnecessary stress I'd much prefer to live without.
Thankfully, life's settling down, even with this going on. Dad's no longer furloughed, hasn't been for a while; Mom's near completely healed from June's ordeal and even with the rude customers, I've finally settled into my job.

That's all good news. Jobs are nice. Well, actually jobs suck, but money is nice. ;P
Oh, yeah. XD The fact that it's minimum wage sucks but the end results of I wound up with a couple game preorders paid off two months in advance is nice.

Woot woot! Are you getting the new Assassins Creed? :P
Also:
Of course I am, do you really need ask? XDD

Hahha, I guess not! I'm pretty sad that I pre-ordered/mostly paid off the PS4, only to find out the games I want aren't going to be released until a month or more after the PS4 is. So now I'm going to just have a very expensive Blue Ray player for awhile. :I
I wanted to preorder a PS4 but I have no way to right now. My 360 is trundling along rather nicely and I hope it does so for several more years. (I may snatch up another 360 just in case so once that one goes, I still have a system. I am not getting an Xbox One. x.x)

Let's just saw Texas off from the rest of the continent. sagenod

No, let's go deeper. Like cram it down in the deepest part of the ocean.

Thank you, I couldn't remember the name of it. I have a headache.
Gee, wonder why. x__x;

Aww, I really hope all this works itself out as quickly as possible for you. I know you've been posting about it for a while on here. I really can't stand 'family' sometimes, ugh. At least my only problem is my parents ragging on me to get a job. Because apparently 5-10 resumes a week isn't enough. I think they expect me to take a prospective employer by the throat and threaten their lives if they don't hire me or something. They assume getting a job is easy like it was when they were my age. It's not. Anyways, I'm stopping before this turns into a full-on rant. I dunno if you go to a church or anything, but I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. hugs
It won't if this lawyer won't get into contact with us with his office hours. That whole line of reasoning is a load of bullshit and just an insult on top of everything else that's gone on this year.
I know that feeling. Trust me, I do. The only reason I have my job now is that I went to the owner and explained what was going on and how beneficial having this job would be for my family over the summer and I was right. It has been a ton of help, it's helped bridge the financial gap a little. Sometimes, you have to be a little yappy dog and gnaw at the proverbial ankles.
I haven't been to a church since I was thirteen but I still maintain a good bit of the beliefs so... any prayers would be awesome. ❤
